1. Promoter

– The promoter of this competition is Body20 UK.

2. Eligibility

– This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Body20 UK and their close relatives, or anyone otherwise connected with the organization.

3. How to Enter

– The competition begins on 13th November 2024and ends on 15th  January 2024.

– To enter, participants must:

– On Facebook: Like Body20 UK’s Facebook page, like the competition post, and share the post to their feed.

– On Instagram: Follow @Body20UK on Instagram and share the competition post to their story.

– Only one entry per person per platform is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

4. Prize

– One winner will receive a 2-month Transformation Membership for themselves and one friend. The prize is valued at £1,400.

– The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and there is no cash alternative.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

– The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries and announced on January 15th, 2024.

– The winner will be notified via direct message on Facebook or Instagram within 5 days of the selection date.

– If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, Body20 UK reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

6. Publicity

– By entering this competition, participants agree to the use of their names and images in any publicity material, as well as their entry, unless they explicitly request otherwise.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

– Personal data provided during the competition will be used in accordance with Body20 UK’s privacy policy.

8. General Conditions

– Body20 UK reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.

– Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
